The median value of bank appraisals on housing reached €1,945 per square meter in July 2025, €34 more than in the previous month (an increase of 1.8%). On a year-on-year basis, the rate of change stood at 18.7% (18.1% in June). It should be noted that the number of bank appraisals increased 3.8% when compared to the previous period, to around 33.8 thousand, 3.7% more than reported in the same period of the previous year.
