The median value of bank appraisals on housing reached €1,911 per square meter in June 2025, €25 more than in the previous month (an increase of 1.3%). On a year-on-year basis, the rate of change stood at 18.1% (17.1% in May). It should be noted that the number of bank appraisals decreased 7.5% when compared to the previous period, to around 32.6 thousand, 2.8% more than reported in the same period of the previous year.
