The median value of bank appraisals on housing reached €1,866 per square meter in April 2025, €19 more than in the previous month (an increase of 1.0%). On a year-on-year basis, the rate of change stood at 16.9% (the same value as in March). It should be noted that the number of bank appraisals decreased 2.3% when compared to the previous period, to around 35.8 thousand, 12.2% more than reported in the same period of the previous year.
