In April 2025, exports and imports of goods recorded nominal year-on-year changes of -5.7% and +2.4%, respectively (+0.1% and +8.5%, in the same order, in March 2025).
The trade deficit reached EUR 3,018 million in April 2025, reflecting a worsening of EUR 614 million, year-on-year.
In April 2025, the unit value indices (prices) recorded negative changes (-1.6%) in both flows (-1.5% in exports and -1.0% in imports in March 2025; -2.0% and -3.9% in April 2024).
