March 2025 (provisional estimates):
• The unemployment rate stood at 6.5%, the same values as in the three periods under comparison: the previous month, three months before and the same month of 2024.
• The labour underutilisation rate stood at 11.0%, up from the previous month and from three months before (0.1 pp in both), but down from the same month of 2024 (0.2 pp).
• In March 2025, the employed population (5,175.0 thousand) reached the highest value since February 1998.
