Services turnover index, in nominal terms and adjusted for calendar and seasonal effects, presented a year-on-year change rate of 1,6%, down by 3.5 percentage points (p.p.) from November. In the 4th quarter of 2024, the year-on-year change rate was 3.5% (5.4% in the previous quarter). 

For the year 2024, services turnover index grew by 4.4% (in 2023, the same index increased by 9.9%).

The year-on-year change rates of the indices of employment, wages and salaries and number of hours worked adjusted of calendar effects were 3.7%, 8.2% and 1.1%, respectively (3.8%, 9.9% and 0.6% in November, respectively). In 2024, the indices of employment, wages and salaries and hours worked presented a year-on-year change rate of 4.6%, 10.9% and 1.1%, respectively (change rates of 7.5%, 16.3% and 5.8% in 2023).
