Services turnover index, in nominal terms and adjusted for calendar and seasonal effects, presented a year-on-year rate of change of 2.3%, down by 3.7 percentage points (p.p.) from the rate observed in September 2024.

The monthly rate of change of the total index was -2.6% in October (0.4% in the previous period).

The indices of employment, wages and salaries and number of hours worked adjusted for calendar effects presented year-on-year rates of change of 3.6 %, 9.9% and 0.6%, respectively (compared to 4.2%, 10.9% and  0.4% in September).
