Industry Turnover year-on-year and nominal change rate was 25.8% in March (23.0% in the previous month). Excluding the Energy grouping, sales in industry rose 17.2% (20.0% in February). Domestic market and non-domestic market both increased 25.8% (change rates of 21.9% and 24.5% in the previous month, by the same order). These results still reflected production prices evolutions (particularly in the Energy group), which index grew 26.3% (20.9% in February). Turnover year-on-year change rate stood at 22.6% in the 1st quarter of 2022 (15.5% in the previous quarter).

Employment, wages and salaries, and hours worked (adjusted of calendar effects) year-on-year change rates were 3.3%, 6.4% and 3.2% (2.8%, 4.1% and 7.5% in February), respectively.
