Industrial Production Prices Index year-on-year change rate was 26.3% in March (20.9% in February). The evolution of this indicator remained strongly influenced by the increase of prices of energy and raw materials, without which the variation was 7.7% (6.0% in February).

The monthly change rate of the total index stood at 6.2% (1.6% in the same month of 2021).

In the 1st quarter 2022, the year-on-year change rate of the total index was 21.7% (18.4% in the previous quarter), a result also determined by the Energy and the Intermediate Goods aggregate. Excluding these groups, the index increased 6.3% (4.0% in the 4th quarter).
