The Industrial Production Prices Index recorded a year-on-year growth rate of 2.7% in December (3.7% in November). Excluding the Energy grouping, the index increased 1.8% (1.9% in November). The monthly rate of change was -1.0% (-0.1% in the same month of 2017).
In the 4th quarter 2018, the year-on-year change rate stood at 3.7% (4.7% in the previous quarter).
The annual change rate was 3.2% (3.3% in 2017). The indexes for the domestic and external market registered variations of 3.0% and 3.2% respectively (3.6% and 2.9% in 2017, by the same order). Excluding the Energy grouping, the annual change rate stood at 1.8% (1.3% in 2017).
