The year-on-year change rate of the Construction cost index for new housing was 1.6% in November, the same as in the previous three months. In addition, the price index measuring the cost of regular maintenance and repair of housing increased 1.1% in relation to the same period of the last year, 0.2 percentage points lower than in October 2017.
