Services turnover index, in nominal terms and adjusted for calendar and seasonal effects, presented a year-on-year change rate of 7.4% in December (4.9% in November). In the 4th quarter of 2017, the year-on-year change rate was 5.5% (6.0% in the previous quarter). For the year 2017, services turnover index increased 5.9% (change rate of 1.4% in 2016).
The year-on-year change rates of the indices of employment, wages and salaries and number of hours worked were 4.0%, 4.9% and 4.7% respectively (4.4%, 5.4% and 4.8% in November, by the same order). In 2017, the same indices grew 3.8%, 4.0% and 3.4%, respectively (year-on-year change rates of 1.6%, 2.2% and 0.5% in 2016).
