Industrial Production Prices Index year-on-year change rate was 4.0% in March, down by 0.1 percentage points from rate observed in the previous month. Excluding the Energy grouping, the index increased 1.5% (0.9% in February). The monthly change rate of the total index was -0.3% (-0.2% in March 2016). In the 1st quarter of 2017, the year-on-year change rate of the total index was 3.9% (0.1% in the previous quarter).
