The Industrial Production Prices Index recorded a year-on-year change rate of -1.7% in September (-3.0% in the previous month). Excluding the Energy grouping, the index decreased by 1.0% (reduction of 1.3% observed in August). The monthly change rate of the total index was 0.1% (-1.2% in the same month of 2015). In the 3th quarter of 2016, the year-on-year change rate of the total index was -2.7% (-4.0% in the 2nd quarter).
