The new orders in construction index presented a year-on-year increase of 13.2% in the first quarter of 2016 (change rate of -6.4% in the previous quarter). This performance was determined by the Civil Engineering which moved from a change rate of -25.4% in the fourth quarter of 2015 to 49.3% in the following quarter. The Building Construction sector index presented a year-on-year change rate -16.8% (14.0% in the previous quarter).
