Industrial Production year-on-year change rate was, in September, 1.8%, down by 0.3 percentage points from the rate observed in the previous month. The year-on-year change rate of the Manufacturing Industry index was 0.2% (-1.1% in August). In the third quarter of 2016 the aggregate index increased 0.9% in year-on-year terms (the same change rate recorded in the previous quarter).
