The average value of housing bank appraisals in Portugal stood at €1100/sq meter in December, up by 0.8% from the value observed in November and 4.8% when compared with December 2015 (change rates of 0.9% and 4.6% in November, by the same order).
For the year 2016, the average value of housing bank appraisals was €1073/sq meter, up by 3.8% when compared with the result observed in the previous year.
