Summary
The average value of housing bank appraisals stood, in May, at €990/sq meter, up by 0.5% from the value observed in the previous month. Compared with May 2013 there was a decrease of 0.1% (change rate of 0.6% in April). In Lisboa Metropolitan Area (value of housing bank appraisals of €1182/sq meter) the average value increased 1.4% in May, while in the Porto Metropolitan Area the value of housing bank appraisals remained equal to April, €931/sq meter.
