The year-on-year change rate of the Manufacturing Industry was 0.4% (0.7% in previous month), while the monthly rate of change was 0.2% (0.5% in the same period of 2012).
In the 1st quarter 2013, the year-on-year change rate of the total index was 1.7% (3.9% in the 4th quarter 2012).
