Summary
The average value of housing bank appraisals in Portugal decreased 0.1% in September from the value observed in the previous month and decreased 7.0% in year on year terms (change rates of -0.5% and -7.0% in August, by the same order). In Lisboa and Porto Metropolitan Areas the average value decreased 0.2% and 1.1% to €1222/sq meter and €959/sq meter, respectively, when compared with august. The year-on-year change rates observed in those Metropolitan Areas were -8.6% and -9.0%, by the same order.
