In real terms, taking in consideration the changes in the Consumer Price Index, monthly earnings registered the following year-on-year increases: • Total gross earnings: 4.3%; • Regular gross earnings: 3.8%; • Base gross earnings: 3.4%. The recent dynamics of average monthly earnings in the quarter ending June 2021 were influenced by the significant decrease in the use of the simplified layoff regime by enterprises and the consequent earnings recovery for the employees covered.
