In January, also in year-on-year terms, the prices of construction materials increased by 2.7% (1.7% in the previous month) and labour costs rose by 0.6% (3.0% in the previous month). More information available at: New housing construction cost index – January 2021 (11 March 2021) Compared to the previous month, the rate of change of the CCINH in January was 0.7% (it had been zero in the previous month). The price of materials and the cost of labour registered rates of change of 2.2% and -1.2%, respectively (0.6% and -0.8% in December, in the same order).
