DESPORTO EM NÚMEROS \ 19 REMUNERAÇÃO BRUTA MENSAL MÉDIA POR TRABALHADOR NO SETOR DESPORTIVO | AVERAGE GROSS MONTHLY EARNING PER EMPLOYEE IN SPORTS SECTOR > Em 2025 (dados provisórios), a remuneração bruta total mensal média por trabalhador (por posto de trabalho) nas atividades do setor desportivo foi 1 578 euros (mais 3,9% do que em 2024). A componente regular desta remuneração aumentou 3,1%, para 1 257 euros, e a remuneração base aumentou 2,6%, para 1 191 euros. De referir que os aumentos da remuneração bruta média nas atividades do setor desportivo foram superiores à taxa anual de inflação registada em 2025 (2,34%). No total da economia, no mesmo ano, a remuneração bruta total mensal média por trabalhador foi superior (1 694 euros), tal como a componente regular (1 365 euros) e a remuneração base (1 277 euros). Comparando com o setor desportivo, o total da economia registou aumentos nominais superiores em todas as componentes: remuneração total (5,6%), regular (5,4%) e base (5,3%). No setor desportivo destacaram-se as atividades dos clubes desportivos, com a maior remuneração bruta total mensal média por trabalhador (2 617 euros), o mesmo sucedendo com a componente regular (2 090 euros) e a remuneração base (1 991 euros). Pelo contrário, foi no ensino desportivo e recreativo que se registou a menor remuneração bruta total (1 031 euros), enquanto no Comércio a retalho de artigos de desporto, de campismo e lazer, em estabelecimentos especializados registou a menor remuneração bruta regular (892 euros) e remuneração bruta base (816 euros). No setor desportivo, foram as empresas com mais de 50 trabalhadores que apresentaram em 2025, as maiores renumerações médias (total, regular e base, respetivamente 1 954 euros, 1 501 euros e 1 389 euros). Nas empresas mais pequenas, de 1 a 4 trabalhadores, registaram-se remunerações médias mais baixas (1 054 euros, 924 euros e 915 euros, respetivamente).
