COOPSTAT NEWS N.º 24 37 Em breve Coming soon Em 2024 continuará a ser implementado o Programa Estatístico da CPLP, com atividades previstas no 1º trimestre, nas áreas de Comunicação e Conceitos Estatísticos. Preveem-se igualmente ações nas áreas de Geoinformação, Legislação, Cooperação e Coordenação, a implementar ao longo do ano. A nível bilateral, destacam-se, na cooperação com países lusófonos, a missão ao INE de Angola na área de cartografia censitária e a visita de trabalho do INE de Cabo Verde na área de dados administrativos, ambas previstas para o 1º trimestre. No quadro europeu, merece particular destaque a 11ª edição da Conferência Europeia da Qualidade em Estatísticas Oficiais (Q2024), coorganizada pelo INE e pelo Eurostat, de 4 a 7 de junho, no Estoril (Grande Lisboa). A Conferência Europeia sobre a Qualidade nas Estatísticas Oficiais, Q2024, reúne especialistas em ciência estatística e qualidade de dados — estaticistas, académicos e stakeholders, provenientes de vários sistemas estatísticos europeus e de diversas organizações, à escala internacional. A Q2024 tem como principal objetivo promover a divulgação de conhecimentos e a investigação sobre questões emergentes relacionadas com a qualidade das estatísticas oficiais. Na Conferência será igualmente promovida a realização de um evento destinado aos parceiros lusófonos, no âmbito do Programa Estatístico da CPLP. In 2024, the CPLP Statistical Programme will continue to be implemented, with activities scheduled for the 1st quarter, in the areas of Communication and Statistical Concepts. Activities are also planned in the areas of Geoinformation, Legislation, Cooperation and Coordination, to be implemented throughout the year. At a bilateral level, a mission to NSI of Angola in the area of census cartography, and a study visit by NSI of Cabo Verde in the area of administrative data, stand out in the cooperation with Portuguese-speaking countries, both scheduled for the 1st quarter. In the European context, the 11th edition of the European Conference on Quality in Official Statistics (Q2024), co-organized by Statistics Portugal and Eurostat, from 4 to 7 June, in Estoril (Greater Lisbon), is worthy of note. The European Conference on Quality in Official Statistics, Q2024, brings together experts in statistical science and data quality – statisticians, academics and stakeholders, from various European statistical systems and organisations, on an international scale. The main objective of Q2024 is to promote the dissemination of knowledge and research on emerging issues related to the quality of official statistics.
