COOPSTAT NEWS N.º 23 17 Cooperação com os Países de Língua Portuguesa Cooperation with Portuguese-speaking Countries No 3° e 4° trimestres de 2022 realizaram-se diversos encontros multilaterais com os INEs de Cabo Verde, Moçambique e São Tomé e Príncipe, nomeadamente: In the 3rd and 4th quarters of 2022, several multilateral meetings were held with the NSIs of Cabo Verde, Mozambique and São Tomé and Príncipe, namely: Encontros técnicos virtuais com Cabo Verde, Moçambique e São Tomé e Príncipe: Amostragem, Qualidade e Dados Administrativos I Virtual technical meetings with Cape Verde, Mozambique and São Tomé and Príncipe: Sampling, Quality and Administrative Encontro sobre Amostragem com o INE-CVI Sampling meeting with NSI-CV A 26 de setembro, realizou-se um encontro virtual sobre amostragem entre as equipas dos INEs de Cabo Verde e Portugal, com vista a apoiar os trabalhos preparatórios do Inquérito às Despesas e Receitas Familiares (IDRF) de Cabo Verde. A visita foi conduzida pelo Serviço deMetodologia do INE (DMSI/ME), contando com a participação do respetivo Diretor, Pedro Campos, e das peritas, Mafalda Cabral e Sílvia Mina. A delegação do INE-CV foi liderada pela Coordenadora Técnica do IDRF, Teresa Moniz, contando também com a presença de dirigentes e peritos dos Departamentos de Metodologia e Sistema de Informação, Estatísticas Demográficas e Sociais e Gabinete de Gestão da Qualidade, nomeadamente: Emanuel Borges, Adilson Silva, Noemi Ramos, Alícia Mota, Alice Pinto, Danilton Tavares e Bruno Barros. Esta visita possibilitou a troca de experiências e documentação sobre os métodos de amostragem em vigor em ambos os institutos, transversalmente e para esta operação estatística, permitindo a partilha de lições aprendidas e o tecer de algumas sugestões e recomendações técnicas para o contexto cabo-verdiano. On 26 September, a virtual meeting on sampling was held between the teams of NSIs Cabo Verde and Portugal, with a view to supporting the preparatory work for the Household Budget Survey in Cabo Verde. The visit was conducted by the Statistics Portugal Methodology Unit (DMSI/ME), namely by the Head of Unit, Mr. Pedro Campos, and the experts, Ms. Mafalda Cabral, and Ms. Sílvia Mina. The delegation from NSI-CV was led by the Technical Coordinator of the Household Budget Survey, Ms. Teresa Moniz, including directors and experts from the Departments of Methodology and Information Systems, Demographic and Social Statistics and the Quality Management Office, namely: Mr. Emanuel Borges, Mr. Adilson Silva, Ms. Noemi Ramos, Ms. Alicia Mota, Ms. Alice Pinto, Mr. Danilton Tavares and Mr. Bruno Barros. This visit allowed for the exchange of experiences and documentation on the sampling methods in place at both institutes, transversally and for this statistical operation, allowing the sharing of lessons learned and some technical suggestions and recommendations for the Cabo Verdean context.
