2022 Edition 20 MONTHLY STATISTICAL BULLETIN More information is available at: New housing construction costs index – July 2022 9 September 2022 The following year-on-year rates of change are estimated for new housing construction costs in July 2022: • Construction Cost Index for New Housing (CCINH): 13.4% (12.5% in the previous month); • Price of materials: 17.5% (16.6% in the previous month); • Labour costs: 7.7% (6.8% in the previous month). Concerning the month-on-month rates of change, the estimated rates for July 2022 are: • ICCHN: 1.9% (0.1% in June); • Prices of materials: 1.9% (-1.2% in June); • Labour costs: 1.8% (2.1% in June).
