2022 Edition 12 In comparison with the European Union The year-on-year rate of change in the LCI for the whole European Union (27 countries) was 2.3% in the 4th quarter of 2021. This is the latest information made available by Eurostat, on the 18th of March 2021, concerning the year-on-year rate of change in the LCI by Member states and for the EU as a whole. Portugal also registered a year-on-year increase of 2.3%.
