| Definition | PATERNITY LEAVE (5 DAYS): Grants the working father the right to a leave of five working days, which could be consecutive or intermittent, with a mandatory period in the first month after childbirth. This leave is considered as actual work done, granting the right to an allowance paid by the social security, or a remuneration in the case of civil servants.
