Definition	LEAVE FOR SPECIFIC RISKS: Grants pregnant workers and workers who has recently given birth or are breastfeeding, during the whole period of time deemed necessary, the right to be exempt from performing duties for which the assessment has revealed a risk of exposure to agents and working conditions which would jeopardize their safety or health, if the adjustment of their working conditions is not feasible or possible, excessively long or too expensive. This leave is considered as actual work done, granting the right to an allowance paid by the social security, or a remuneration in the case of civil servants.
