  • SPECIFIC BENEFIT FOR THE HOSPITALIZATION OF THE NEWBORN :  Cash benefit granted in case of hospitalization of the child immediately after the recommended postpartum hospitalization, due to the need for special medical care, for the period of hospitalization, with a maximum limit of 30 days, and which is granted after the initial parental benefit period. If childbirth occurs up to and including 33 weeks (premature), the initial parental benefit is increased by the child's entire hospitalization, as well as 30 days after hospital discharge.
