Services Confidence Indicator  is calculated according to the methodology of the EC - DG ECFIN, and corresponds to the arithmetic mean of the balances of the following questions:
- How has your business situation developed over the past 3 months? It has… 1. + improved; 2. = remained unchanged; 3. -  deteriorated.
- How has demand (turnover) for your company´s services changed over the past 3 months? It has… 1. + increased; 2. = remained unchanged; 3. -  decreased.
- How do you expect the demand (turnover) for your company´s services to change over the next 3 months? It will… 1. + increase; 2. = remain unchanged; 3. − decrease.
