Observations As of 2008, and following the implementation of the new Chart of Accounts for insurance companies, as approved by the Insurance Activity Regulators¿ ruling no. 4/2007, of April 27th, the value of Gross Insurance Premium will exclude any amounts related to insurance contracts and transactions considered, for accounting purposes, as either investment or services rendered contracts.
