Building and housing statistics 2011 follows up the annual series Construction and Housing Statistics and sets out a wide range of indicators on construction and housing in Portugal.

From the set of information now made available, we stand out the Dwelling Stock Estimates 1991-2011, indicators on 2011 Works Completed and Building Permits, and results from the second edition of the Characterization of Social Housing Survey (2011).

This volume sets out data concerning 2011 year and geographical breakdown, for almost all variables, ranges the NUTS 3 level. Data with a more detail geographical breakdown is available on Statistics Portugal website, as statistical indicators.
