The average value of housing bank appraisals decreased in April 0.3% to an average value of €990/sq meter. The annual change moved from 1.2% in March to 0.6% in April. The Lisboa Metropolitan Area (value of housing bank appraisals of €1166/sq meter) presented a reduction of 1.2% from the value recorded in the previous month, while in the Porto Area (€931/sq meter) the monthly change was 0.4%.
