Industrial Production recorded a year-on-year change rate of 1.3% in September, up by 0.8 percentage points from the rate observed in the previous month. Manufacturing Industry year-on-year change rate was 0.2% (0.8% in August). In the third quarter of 2013, the aggregate index increased 0.1% comparing with September 2012 (change rate of 3.1% in the previous quarter).
