The year-on-year change rate was -1.6% (change rate of -1.8% in the previous month). In the Lisboa Metropolitan Area the average value decreased 0.1% from the previous month and in Porto Metropolitan Area grew 0.1%. The year-on-year change rates for these Metropolitan Areas were -0.4% and -3.1%, respectively.
