Summary
The average value of housing bank appraisals in Portugal, in March, fell 1.7% when compared with February (-1.0% in the previous month), standing at €981/sq meter. The year-on-year change rate was -6.9% (-5.5% in February). In Lisboa and Porto Metropolitan Area the average value decreased 3.0% and 0.5%, respectively, when compared with February. The year-on-year change rates for these Metropolitan Areas were -7.9% and -4.8%, by the same order.
