The average value of housing bank appraisals in Portugal stood at €1014/sq meter in June, up by 1.8% from the value observed in the previous month (change rate of 1.2% in May). The year-on-year change rate was -2.4% (-5.0% in the previous month). In Lisboa and Porto Metropolitan Area the average value increased 2.5% and 1.0%, respectively, when compared with May. The year-on-year change rates for these Metropolitan Areas were -3.2% and -2.1%, by the same order. The average value of housing bank appraisals for these regions stood, in June, at €1197/sq meter e 944/sq meter, respectively.
