The average value of housing bank appraisals in Portugal diminished 0.5% in November when compared with the previous month, standing at €1021/sq meter. The year-on-year change rate was -6.2% (-6.1% in the previous month). In Lisboa and Porto Metropolitan Area the average value decreased 0.7% and 0.2%, respectively, when compared with October. The year-on-year change rates for these Metropolitan Areas were -7.7% and -6.9%, by the same order.
