Comparing with the previous month, the average value in the Lisboa Metropolitan Area decreased 1.0% in March, while it grew 0.2% in the Porto Metropolitan Area. The year-on-year change rates for these Metropolitan Areas were -10.7% and -8.1%, respectively.
