Concepts
  • TARE:  The weight of a vehicle in running order without passengers or load with cooling fluid, lubricants, 90% of total fuel, 100% of other fluids except waste water, tools and spare wheel, when mandatory, and the driver (75 kg). In the case of buses, the weight of a guide (75 kg) should also be considered, if there is a seat for one.
  • LARGE GOODS VEHICLE:  A goods road transport vehicle with a gross weight above 3,500 kg. It includes lorries and road tractors.
  • ENTERPRISE:  Legal entity (natural or legal person) that is an organisational unit producing goods or services, which benefits from a certain degree of autonomy in decision-making, especially for the allocation of its current resources.
