(2) In 2012, a methodology revision was carried out regarding classification and counting of the road network, in accordance with the National Road Plan (PRN).
(3) Roads belonging to the 2000 National Road Plan (Decret-law no. 222/89, of July 17th), considering the changes introduced by law 98/99 of July 26th and decret-law no. 182/2003 of August 16th. Motorways are included, divided into the main road network and secondary road network (two-lane roads).
